First off,, the place was immaculate. I talked to this one bartender, her name was Gail, she knew her drinks. Recommended this 'Passion Royale,' it was delish and we ended up chatting about the best spots on the island. The gym was pretty solid, had everything I needed to keep up my routine.

This was just a good pick for a brief stop-in in Frigate Bay with value for money. The staff were really friendly, especially Dennis at the entrance who always greeted with a smile. Make sure to check out the poolside food and drinks. they were quite enjoyable.

Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, thanks to the lovely amenities and courteous service.
